On January 4, the final round of the Data For Life contest took place at Vietnam Television, 43 Nguyen Chi Thanh, Hanoi.
Colonel Vu Van Tan, Deputy Director of C06, Ministry of Public Security delivered the opening speech.

That is also the reason why C06 coordinated with the organizers of the Data for Life contest – Data For Life with the desire to find many new and creative solutions and ideas to serve the national digital transformation process;
Also at the event, the jury members all commented that the teams’ solutions met the competition’s requirements well, thoroughly applying data to products to serve digital government, digital economy and digital economy.
For example, teams 95Lab, DoubleMQV, Son La Provincial Police have relied on technology and population data to come up with solutions in the traffic division – a hot topic with many issues that need to be resolved, such as traffic congestion.

In particular, the Son La Provincial Police team with the solution `Application of AI in detecting fake license plates of cars circulating on public transport routes` excellently surpassed the remaining 9 teams, winning the first prize.
According to Colonel Vu Van Tan, the project also has the ability to expand not only limited to vehicles but also to manage people through the development of vehicle movement locations.
In the AI and digital transformation department, there are teams W1.Shark and Kino.

CCCD.IO members (white shirts) received second prize.
Meanwhile, W1.Shark won the third prize worth 50 million VND with its method of developing fraudulent websites based on multilateral deep learning to prevent evasion and protect end users.
Coming from the digital government and digital society subcommittee are the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, StarDustAI, Vinatim, CCCD.IO, and iHub competition teams.
W1.Shark won the third prize worth 50 million VND.
CCCD.IO won the second prize worth 100 million VND thanks to its electronic identification solution using AI technology.
`The effectiveness of solving socio-economic problems when applying the team’s products is remarkable, because it helps increase trust in the online transaction process, minimizing the risk of fraud and intrusion.
The two teams sharing the consolation prize are Thanh Hoa Provincial Police and Kino.
Thanh Hoa Provincial Police with the solution of applying chip-embedded citizen identification database in preventing and combating illegal trading of babies and surrogacy also won a consolation prize worth 10 million VND.
Major General Nguyen Ngoc Cuong, a member of the jury, highly appreciated this topic in terms of practicality, and said the topic needs to be spread and propagated widely.
