The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has just directed the Vietnamese Embassy in Malaysia to send officers to regularly man the Embassy’s citizen protection hotline, ready to coordinate with local authorities to handle arising issues.
The Vietnamese Embassy in Malaysia also issued a notice, noting that fans need to behave and encourage civility, politeness, and restraint;
In addition, fans need to preserve personal belongings, especially identification documents, to avoid loss. Passport must be valid for more than 6 months.
Fans need to strictly comply with the law and respect Malaysian customs and practices (do not use alcohol in public places and restaurants prohibit alcohol).
Vietnamese fans took to the streets to celebrate after 10 years of waiting for the final.
