Policies for people mobilized to prevent and control epidemics

During the period of treatment due to Covid-19 infection or medical quarantine, people mobilized to participate in epidemic prevention and control will receive salaries, wages, and allowances according to the current rate from the Social Insurance Fund and the state budget.

This force is also entitled to Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control regimes if participating in missions during the treatment period.

Funding for epidemic prevention and control

Regular expenses of public Covid-19 collection and treatment facilities are guaranteed from the state budget, health insurance fund, payments from service users and other legal revenue sources.

Payment of Covid-19 medical examination and treatment costs at private medical facilities (assigned by provincial-level local authorities) is carried out according to the payment rate of the highest-ranking provincial general hospital located above.

Remote medical examination and treatment

The Standing Committee of the National Assembly allows remote medical examination and treatment for Covid-19 patients and those unable to access medical facilities due to the epidemic.

Practitioners and remote medical examination and treatment facilities must be responsible for the results of diagnosis, indications, implementation of treatment methods and prescriptions of their own medications.

Remote medical examination and treatment activities must be performed by a person who has been granted a practice certificate and a facility with an operating license;
