Gach Vang Company – a unit that provides land valuation data based on algorithms and interactions of more than 2 million searches each month – has just published new research on the top 10 routes with the highest land prices in the capital.

Hang Trong and Hang Hanh are two streets with similar land frontage prices and are leading in Hanoi city.

One square meter of land fronting on Hang Hanh street has the highest transaction price of 1.25 billion VND.

Ranked third is Phan Chu Trinh street recording 741.6 million VND per m2.

The positions ranked sixth to last in the top 10 are Hang Ca (663.3 million VND per m2), Hai Ba Trung (634.4 million VND), Nha Chung (600 million VND), Nguyen Huu Huan (600 million VND), Nguyen Huu Huan (634.4 million VND)

In addition, this unit also provides the top 5 districts with the highest land prices in Hanoi based on the average price calculation method.

In 2015, Hanoi City’s land price list was approved and valid for 5 years (2015 – 2019), the land frame in Hoan Kiem district reached the ceiling according to Government regulations, with the highest price of 162 million VND.

An expert commented that if in Ho Chi Minh City, selling prices of over one billion VND per square meter were only recorded in a few individual locations such as Nguyen Hue pedestrian street area, then in Hanoi, such selling prices are scattered.
