Klai Kangwon Summer Palace

More than half a century ago, Klai Kangwon Palace was where King Bhumipol Adulyadej (Rama IX, current King of Thailand) and Queen Sirikit spent their honeymoon.

Klai Kangwon Summer Palace is located quite isolated in the northern suburbs of Hua Hin.

Contrary to the splendid, sophisticated and colorful royal palace and style in Bangkok, the Summer Palace has open space, weaving between lush green gardens.

Hua Hin Railway Station

The station was built during the reign of King Rama VII, coinciding with the time Hua Hin was chosen as the king’s summer resort.

Coming here in the afternoon, when the city starts to light up, you will feel like some old yesterday is coming back.

Shopping and Cuisine Hua Hin

After leaving Hua Hin train station, exit the station door, turn left and walk along the street running in front of the station platform, you will encounter the bustling Hua Hin night market and the smell of Thai food.

You can also go to Pleanwan to buy unique antique objects for yourself and your family.

Coming here, you will see images of houses anchored on pillars and all activities taking place high up like the familiar living customs of river residents.
